Over all the decore & furniture needs to be updated. Also carpets need to be replaced as they are showing signs of wear. Breakfast. Air condition unit was noisy

Room was not very clean, carpet was stained, bathroom was not very clean, tissue holder in bathroom was rusted, light shades had BBQ sauce stuck to it.

Poor access to unpack - no ramp. Room was a little dusty - could be a bit cleaner.

We have stayed at the Peachtree Inn at least twice a year for the past four or five years, I have a 99 year old Mother who lives in Kingston and I like to get down to visit her The Inn again has a restaurant/Bar on site which is very convenient. The food is great

The beds were dated, but clean. No remote in the room (a man without his remote???) Phone didn't work without fiddling with the cord. Returned to front desk with it so hopefully it would get fixed before next occupant had to deal with it. Could hear conversation going on in room above us from 3:00am-8:30am.

Staff were all wonderful, housekeeping front desk, kitchen were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was spacious and clean. My granddaughter took pictures of our "get away" bonding time. Location was perfect for Chuckie Cheese and Movie Theater just a short car ride away. Will definately be back.

I like windows that open, nice breeze at night. That is only complaint I have

I was in a hurry however it turned out an okay hotel right in the center of Kingston, Ontario. It was only for one night stop from Montreal to Toronto. Easy to get to from the 401 highway and close to a shopping center and Queens University.

I chose it because of its proximity to the via station and to the place of business I needed to attend. It is clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very big.

The beds were quite squeeky,the toilet was leaking and there were toe nail clippings on the floor.

The beds were the worst I have had at any hotel in the last 5 years. The springs were from 1812 made noise everytime you turned around. The included breadfast was very poor, the room it was served in was awful.

Value for your dollar. Had promotions for visits to casino and maps available for sity travel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Left over "stale smoke odour" in the stairwell. Extra lighting required in room to read in the "comfy" chair by the window at night. A general comment about most hotels/inns: they seem to forget that some seniors have difficulty sitting down easily on the lower toilets that are found in most rooms in hotels/inns. I think that something should be done about this for all visitors.

Very knowledgeable staff - with good information about the area. Great location. Very comfortable and large room.

Room looks "tired" . Windows don't open.

The pillows were cheap and there were no extra ones.
